Have you ever appreciated something someone did, or said or maybe you just liked their sweet disposition, but kept your gratitude for them to yourself. I have done this many times and have missed great opportunities to bless someone. Sometimes a cashier at a store will leave me with a smile on my face and a bounce in my step. Later, I think about how I would like to tell them thanks for the happy moment, but unfortunately, I am no longer with them and time passes. Since I have been living a raw lifestyle, those moments happen less often than before. There is something about gratitude that grows on you and in you. The more you think about it, the more you think about it… And the more you think about it, the more it becomes a part of who you are, which is a very good thing.
Day 2: Write down two things you are grateful for and if either is a person, call that person, text them, email them, or visit them and let them know they made your gratefulness list today.
Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it. ~William Arthur Ward~
